breakfast: oatmeal with tropical dried fruit pieces and honey
lunch: crayfish tortilla wrap with salad and tomatoes
dinner: prawn and chinese vegetable sauce (koon po) with boiled rice
dessert: raspberry and strawberry sorbet
drinks: 2 cups of tea, 3 cups of green tea and 2 litres of water
